My CIBC current account suddenly draw out $1299 by somebody and I don't know how to deal with this problem. Could you kindly help to post a message on your message board for me? I want to know what could have happened in my CIBC account? And what should I do to deal with this incident? I appreciate your help.

Phone the CIBC representitive, they will help you work throught. This Tuesday night, I phoned them to waive me $25 interest charge because of the later paid of the credit card.

我对CIBC说,因为TD bank Weekend 不转钱,所以钱晚到了,他们让我打电话给TD,让TD证明我尝试周末转钱;可恨那TD说,我应该知道非工作日不转钱,让我自己承担责任,就是不肯出证明;我只能再给电话CIBC,他们说,没有太大关系,只是晚了2天,还是Waive了利息,这一切就在3分钟内解决了.

可能性有两种:一是知道你密码的人盗用你的银行卡提取了现金; 二是不法之徒在提款机作了手脚,如安装了针点摄像机,破译条型码的装置等,在你提钱时获取了你的密码,重造一张卡以后提取现金.

建议你马上到银行更改密码,并和他们交涉赔偿.原因一银行是不负责的,必须坚持说没有第二个人知道你的密码,而又从未将密码写下来,密码也不是生日,电话,车牌等易猜的数字.唯一的可能是他们的ABM MACHINE不安全,他们才会赔偿.
