地板，maple还是oak？

请问大家家里的地板是用的maple还是oak的？

新房要准备谈装修，准备把楼梯升级成全实木的，然后等交房后自己再把一楼铺上木地板。 建筑商的楼梯报价oak的比maple的便宜300刀。
听说maple的地板太软，过不了多久就会有小坑，是不是这样？
是不是oak的颜色比maple的要深一些？我们打算用类似巧克力的颜色。是不是选oak的比较好？

I think that oak is better than maple. This is why I installed oak floor wood by myself in my the first floor. I spent one week to install the first floor and felt very tired. Maybe, you are young and you don't feel like tired.

我家用的是maple，closing半年，地板上已经有小坑了。但是因为选的是最浅的颜色，不仔细看看不出来，深色地板就会很明显了。

两种区别不悬殊，关键看你喜欢什么木纹和颜色了。
