2. How to Use the OPL Digital Media Catalogue [/font]
Learn how to use the Ottawa Public Library’s extensive media collection of e-books, audio books and music.
Come to this seminar presented by the library’s Digital Services department. Supported portable devices are explained and the limitations that come as a result of digital rights management are discussed.
Saturday, January 29, 1:30 – 3 p.m.
3. How to secure a Home Wireless Network
Most wireless routers do not default to the most secure configurations. Make sure you are not the ‘low hanging fruit’ that someone will decide to attack. It is surprisingly easy to make sure your network is secure. Chris Taylor, president of the Ottawa PC Users’ Group will show you just how easy it is.
Join us Saturday, February 5 at 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
