furnance mainenance 问题

去年才买的房没有经验,最近direct energy来信说要偶book一个furnance 和air conditionering service,请问你们家的house都book这个服务吗?

是用one-time maintennance?还是用 annual maintenance plan?:confused:
 
WE have furnance annual maintenance plan, the company come to check and clean it once a year, if the furnance had problem, they will come within 2 hours after your call and fix it without charge. We also had air condition annual maintenance plan, but the man told me actually the new air condition was really clean in the first few years, so we stopped the plan.

请问是哪个公司啊?多少钱啊?我的Direct energy的annual maintenance plan 只是维护清理一下,没有包修理的啊?
 
E.N.Blue Ltd. last year was $220 + tax, on the agreement, there is a long list that mention what is cover and what is not include, we have their service over 10 years, they come to check and clean once a year, there was two times in the mid-night the furnace didn't work, they show up within two hours after our call. Also there was one time when they check the furnace, the motor had problem and they changed a new one for me without charge.

我以前一直买DIRECT ENERGY的 这个FURNANCE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE PLAN。直到2000年。那年十一月的一个周末突然发现FUNRNACE 不工作,我通知DIRECT ENERGY 的人来检查,他们说service plan所包括的维修只能在工作时间使用(周一至五,早上八点至下午五点),其他时间来要另收费,而且当时周一周二的时间都已预定满了。

于是等到周三。人来了,经过5分钟检验后说有一小部件要换,但配件要订购,一般要一个星期,如果加急可以从库存里拿。我挺生气的,而且当时气温还不是太冷,在零度范围徘徊,我选择坚持用SERVICE PLAN不买加急。一个星期后配件终于来了。可以预约修理时间了,同样的,加急随时都有,用PLAN的话就要再等一个星期。

炉子终于修好了,我对DIRECT ENERGY 的服务也失去了信心。从此不再买他们家的产品。
