Attic Insulation

Please see the picture. there is an ice cylinder( might not call this) hanging down from the corner of my townhouse roof. I went out to look around, I did not see other townhouses have this big size of ice cylinder.

Is there anything wrong with my attic Insulation? is it necessary to do a fix

My townhouse is condominium, is this type of defect covered by warranty under 7 years?

Any suggestion/advise would be much appreciated.

屋檐这块是外露的,没有insulation的,你看到那些小孔没,是为了让空气流通的,其他房子没有这么多冰,可能是你家的朝向问题吧,屋顶上头的雪多了化了以后就出冰锥子了

快速判断：Insulation 足够的话，房顶冰雪融化的比别人慢。
不足的话，融化的快。我房顶上局部显黑色的下方就表示Insulation偏薄的地方。

perhaps the too much heat come out from one hole in roof/attic, which built an ice cylinder.

Other townhouse might have enough insulation without a hole to let heat out.
