From my experience, Video card's TV-out is not a good solution.
1.The image sometimes will have some distortion.
2.And the full screen will also not fit well to the screen.
3.If you try to record your DVD from TV-out to a VCR, there will
be signal lost every a few seconds or lost of synchronization.
So I only watch some low quanlity movie in this method,like
realplay file or high compressed mp4. Then the TV will increase
your visual effect by its analog display.
I am using Geforce 2 MX, not sure about other video cards.
I know it is a problem for Geforce. And some notebooks.
