full time 法语班学习和bursary之间的关系

魁北克政府规定，一定要是魁北克居民或在魁北克居住满一年者，才有资格申请BURSARY，但在这一年中不能有FULL TIME的学习，我的问题是如果在这一年中我去FULL TIME学法语（不是去大学），不知道是否违背了魁大叔的臭规矩否？请明白人指点迷津。多谢！

I heard, COFI is an exception, should not be worried. but in order confirm u can call AFE directly:

还是不行！我最受不了他们的一点是，按9转英语，按2和AGENT通话，但每次按2后都是AGENT繁忙无法接听，请下次再拨，然后就居然、竟然挂断了我的线！真不明白为什么他们不能象安大略这边惯常的处理方式：让你在线上停留听音乐排队，然后安排下一个AGENT接听你的电话。

可能是因为我们要钱而他们给钱的原因吧，如果是这样，我偏要把这些钱一分恨不得掰成2份从他们那里要过来！看他们还敢惹三爷我生气否！哼

终于问到了！！！！！！好消息！！！！！！

结果是FULL TIME学法语的时间和钱均不影响日后的BURSARY！真是个好消息。同痣们，还等什么，申请吧。
