也问个hot water tank的租金问题

我家的hot water tank的租金每年都涨, 打电话去问过, 说就是这样每年涨. 想问问大家是这样吗? 我们的是direct energy的.

你的最后一句是说如果是租用DE的TANK付23刀一个月，如果5年后没有用SERVICES则可以拿回一部分钱？是吗？能拿回多少？感觉天方夜谭～～！！被这些能源公司拿去的钱还能拿回来？

你楼上的意思是说，如果你自己买，5年内不需要维修的话，那么你花的钱就和租金持平了。
