房屋贷款法3 月18 号后有什么变化吗？请教！
在某房屋网上看到这么一句：Beat the March 18 deadline for changing mortgage laws ！

After March 18th, the max. you can borrow is 85% of the house value. But if you can get approval (firm offer) before March 18th, though the closing date is after March 18th, you can still borrow upto 90%.
