You have to provide:
(1) 3 checks (Minto Sales will guide you to fill the dates in).
(2) Pre-approval letter from your mortgage bank.
The Sales Contract with Minto is a standard one. Minto will not modify its contract for any reason. Therefore you can hire your real estate lawer after singing the offer. Minto requests that the final mortage should be arranged about 2 months before the closing date in order to avoid additional closing costs. Also the fire insurance confirmation letter from your insurance company should be submitted to Minto 21 days before the closing date.
