I applied last month in T&T superstore. Once I got the PC card, I didn't get the 20$ free groceies gift card. I called three times and went to store asked them. the answer is different. So I thought I shouldn't believe them. of course, I didn't lose anything but I feel something.
I received this offer on Feb 9. 2011. It may be because at time you apply for PC MC there was no such offer. BTW you will get 30,000 ($30)PC points rather than a gift card.
