如果保养不在买车时的代理那里做，而是在其他家的代理那里做，费用有差异么？

All parts purchased from dealers are the same prices. For all routine services in the schedule menu (including oil change, maintenance service, fluid change, etc), all dealers give the same prices because the price is set by the motor company not set by the dealer. Except the routine service, different dealer maybe has different service price for other kind of service, just like 5 dollar cheaper or expensive per hour, not big difference, depending on dealer's level and business situation.
