that might be the reason why she is top 1(or 5) it doesn't hurt to ask her to give you an estimate for your house price then you decide if you hire her or not. you should talk to at least 3 agents to get a more accurate idea how much your house worth. also ask for compares from recent sold in your area with similar size, model, year etc.
