I have had my friend’s Suzukie Aerio car regularly serviced (every 5,000 km) at Volkswagen Dealership at 850 Boul. St-Joseph, Gatineau (Tel: 819-770-0220) on Feb 16. Then the unhappy clerk, Helen at service, tells me that the 1. Radiator starts to leak; 2. The transmission panel (oil panel) gets very rusty and leaks very soon. On Feb 24, the transmission panel (oil panel) has been changed for a new one at $512.
As last November when the car was serviced at 100,000 km, the radiator was just changed with a guarantee for one year and 20,000 km. And VW de l'Outaouais (大眾汽車) has the data for the Suzukie records, but Helen wouldn’t say a thing but firmly demands my friend to come back after March 22 to present the original documents. Since Feb 24, Eric Belanger, another service clerk, has promised to get the guy(s) who has the access to the database, but he keeps saying no time/no response…… At this information age, customers deserve to be informed as the service is really bad... Stay tuned...
