请问这里有没有live in caregiver转成study的姐妹。
我当初是申请live in caregiver program来的加拿大，想吃苦两年之后申请移民，但由于很多复杂的原因实在觉得这个职业不适合我，做不下去了，想转成学习许可到college上学，有了这边的学习资历可以做别的工作。我查了CIC上面说可以在加拿大境内申请转签，但有关资金担保等等东西还搞不太清楚。如果这里有相同经历的姐妹，麻烦分享分享经验，支点招吧~谢谢！

父母提供资金支持的话还需要提供他们的收入证明，存满12个月并解释资金来源吗？从境外申请留学的话都需要这些证明文件，但作为境内申请CIC在下面这段话里没有提到证明的问题，不过我担心是自己理解错了……
2. Proof of financial support while you study in Canada:

You must prove you have enough money (in Canadian funds) to support yourself while you study in Canada. This can include:

i.a bank statement or a letter from a Canadian bank showing how much money you have in your bank account (must indicate your name and the account number);

ii.a copy of the letter giving the details about your scholarship or Canadian-funded educational program (such as a CIDA program);

iii.a letter from a person (describe the relationship to you) who is giving you financial help, explaining the arrangements made for your expenses. (This information is protected under the Privacy Act and cannot be released to a third party without your sponsor’s consent.)

Note: Persons and their family members whose refugee claim has been sent to the Refugee Division do not have to give proof of financial support.

Note: Family members of foreign students and temporary workers do not need to show proof of financial ability to pay in order to obtain a study permit to attend a primary or secondary school.

等到了两年，直接申请移民吧。然后就可以境内申请学生签证了。

要能熬两年也好，可现在雇主希望close contract，我要继续呆下去的话就必须转到别家做。I don't know what will happen……不想再继续了。
实在不行就结束合约，回国申请留学。

你现在在加拿大您有合法身份（work permit），可以在Buffalo递交，这对你来讲是个非常好的机会。因为Buffalo的文件要求，特别是资金文件要求，要比北京或香港宽松许多。
Buffalo目前处理学习签证的时间是7周。

Live-in Caregiver转Study Permit，是在 Vergreville 办理，而不是境外。 参见以下文件链接，Section 8.8, Page 14。 因为Live-in Caregiver原本就是以移民为目的的工作签证，所以是特殊处理的。

Per R188, live-in caregivers may study without a study permit if the course or program of studies
is six months or less.
Live-in caregivers who wish to take a course or program of studies more than six months in

Officers should enter the “LCP” code in the special program box of any study permits issued to

Live-in caregiver可以在CPC-V申请一个study permit，如果他们愿意参加一个长于6个月的program。但是，这种study permit 是带有"LCP code" 的study permit（Officers should enter the “LCP” code in the special program box of any study permits issued to live-in caregivers）。也就是说，是study permit for live-in caregiver.

凡是持有加拿大工作签证的人，包括Live-in caregiver，都可以在加拿大境内申请学习签证。但是，他们不是学生身份，只是允许他们学习而已。

正像持有study permit的学生可以在加拿大境内申请work permit 一样，他们的学生身份没有改变，是work permit for student。

楼主所说的是放弃Live-in caregiver 的身份，转变为学生身份，因此，must be made outside of Canada。对于持有中国护照、目前在加拿大具有合法身份的人来说，必须在buffalo，香港或者北京。

谢谢楼上的回复，现在递到美国申请学签估计会有移民倾向，要是签不下来还会留下不好的记录，我还得再好好考虑考虑
