biligual and meet the following qualifications
Recent experience (in the past 10 years prior to bid closing) completing evaluations in similar size and scope to the evaluation
An evaluation is deemed complete upon receipt of a final evaluation report by the client.
The project team must provide minimum of four (4) example evaluations that they have conducted within the last 10 years for federal or provincial clients (at least one of the proposed resources must have participated in each of the example evaluations). <O

The bidder must demonstrate how each example evaluation study is relevant to the work being requested in the solicited SOW. Points will be assigned to the sub-criteria as follows for each identified evaluation:<O></O>
Evaluation projects are relevant if the scope examined includes one or more of the following (4 point max per relevant project):<O></O>
a) agriculture (related);<O></O>
b) food and food safety;<O></O>
c) finance and loans programming;<O></O>
d) business risk management;<O></O>
e) income support programming; <O></O>
f) federal grants and contributions programming; and/or<O></O>
g) economic and/or rural development.<O></O>
h) in-depth review of program efficiency<O></O>
<O></O>
The following information must be provided for each evaluation example:<O></O>
a) Name of evaluation (title)<O></O>
b) Name of client organization <O></O>
c) Name and current telephone of client reference<O></O>
d) Objectives, scope and outcome of the evaluation <O></O>
e) Level of effort (number of days per team member per evaluation
List of activities under taken for the evaluation.
