地下室安装抽风机的教训，经验交流

一个house,冬天，整间屋的空气是循环的，

（也有少量外来空气，地下室有个管引来外面空气）。

如果地下室有很多灰尘，将会参与空气循环，进入卧室、

餐厅、等所有房间，进入居住者的肺里。

我发现很多房屋除了厨房、洗手间有抽风机，其他地方无。

我看到地下室灰尘很大，就安装了个抽风机。

加拿大经验不足，收到一些教训，告诉大家，引以为戒。

1、墙上有10多公分厚的砂岩石，我画了个4寸园线，就用冲击钻每隔3公分

打个穿透孔，然后用凿子凿，结果把那块石头打下来了，还打松了上方的一块砖。

为补这块石头和砖，浪费了两天时间，因为用水泥补了之后要养护。

下一次，我会花60元钱到homedepo 借一套工具。

2、买了6根镀锌管tin,每根2'长,4.50元，装好后突然想到，接缝太多，

抽力不足，要是装塑料管就好了。价格，10'长，11元多。

3、抽风机抽力为120CFM,35元。


以后有钱了，花上300元，买个CFM为300的抽风机。


有更多的钱了，花上几千块，买个空气净化器。


有更多更多钱了，住到夏威夷....


可惜离日本的核电厂近了些，住哪儿去呢？

你是话真多，还都是些过时落后的经验。

Basement的灰尘进不到房间，因为空气进气口有filter，要定期更换。

另外，现在很多房子都有HRV或类似的东西，是从室外直接进气。

自己打洞要从外往里打，就不会把砖和石头多打下来。

现在很多房子都有HRV或类似的东西

you didn't ask before you put your fan in place.

the insulation duct can block the cold from outside into your basement.

Don't have to be me people will bring in all kinds of weird ideas when you post your questions online
I only see soft insulated duct for sale. For hard ones you may have to dyi. You can still wrap your duct with insulation. But if it's rental, who cares, and why to put in that fan in the first place? Get rid of dust in basement? That's a very strange reason IMO. If the floor is conceteand generate duct, you should paint it.

from google images you can see hard insulated duct pipe,
may be not cheaper. I have one in my basement now with no
filter, just 2 feet from ground to the vents, i am afraid breath
in lots of car's tail wast gas.
lots of dust in basement come from wall about 90 years made
of clay,lime,sand and where come from i don't know .
i just know to clean it out.
