You probably should check the school's web site to find out the details. Normally, you need transcripts from high school and college if you don't have a Bachlor's degree. If you are going to continue to study whatever you are studying in the college, you may want to contact the department you are interestd in and find out how much credits you can transfer. As I said, the best way is to contact the universities you plan to apply for. Get admission first and then figure out what to do with Visa(You may need to notify the immigration office of the change of the school).
