last year husband worked for a company as a contractor and he was considered as self-employed. The company sent him the T4A. He only worked there for a couple months, I wonder first of all if he could claim with the T4A, and secondly are there anythings that he can claim for such as gas, office supplies, etc.?

Thanks in advance.

T2125(E) form may be good for the purpose such as Business Activity or Professional Service.

enter the income in a T4(A) slip from, and the amount will show up on form T2125. You can then claim applicable expenses such as office, vehicle, phone, meals, etc...
