有没有哪位朋友jailbreak 过 IPAD?

想将ipad 1 wi-fi 版jailbreak后 和我的 iphone 3g ( firmare: 3.1.3) tethering 上网，当初签的iphone 数据plan挺大的，不用有些浪费。看看哪位朋友有试过这么做并且在用？是否稳定？

Thanks for your input, however I don't think it will work by that way(Well, I could be wrong). I'd like jailbreak my iPad rather than iPhone ,cuz I really don't want mess up my phone by any chance.
My questions are : Has any of friends done that before?
Is it stable ?

Yes, still using iphone as hotpot, just don't want jailbreak it.

更新一下最新结果和大家分享一下：不用越狱ipad或iphone，也可以让ipad 1 wi-fi tethering iphone 3g，来使用iphone原有的数据plan上网了。
（ Iphone 3g firmare : 3.1.3; Ipad 1 wi-fi firmare: 4.3.1)
