公司倒闭了，我该怎么保障自己的权益？

今天我们公司正式宣布倒闭了，老板让我交还公司的笔记本电脑和其他物品，并告诉我可以领到截止到今天的工资，其他就没有了。请问还有一些什么待遇我应该享受到并去争取么？另外政府对公司倒闭的员工和lay off的员工政策一样么？请大家帮帮忙，出出主意吧，多谢！

看你有没有想买的东西，打电话给你们的CFO,他应该处理这事。

我们公司已经被银行接管了，银行将拍卖权交给了一个拍卖公司，我们和这家公司打交道占不到什么便宜

能领EI，但是Package就别想了。你没看见Canada3000吗？人家工资都发不下来，你已经比Canada3000的人强多了。
