高速上撞车求助

我今早发晕，高速车流大，我想快速并线，发现2个车间距大，结果被后面车前面bumper 撞上我侧面了。 我发现他的大车（不知道是吉普还是运货的啥）钢防撞杆没啥问题，看起来抹上点灰尘，一点痕迹都没有。我的车倒是撞瘪了。 停到路边，那伙计（像个年轻蓝领）很生气，要我保险，找了半天，发现恰好我没带（主要是保险公司没邮寄给我，只有1个电子文档临时保险，我没打出来），那家伙说你非法怎么之类。最后要我ID, 想了一下还是给他了，我本想拍个他车的照片，不知道怎么发晕，觉得我手机不能拍，就没拍（现在才想起来能拍）。最后我还给他电话了，诚意十足。这家伙语气看起来和缓了，说那bumper should be fine. 最后大家最后觉得没时间就握手告别了

想想这家伙下一步怎么操作？ 如果他nice一点，应该不会找我赔，即使没明显damage,我当然知道他不爽. 比较坏一点时，他不放心，让车行给他换保险杠。还有可能，查不出问题来，但是打电话来敲我一些钱。

车流大，车速不快。主要我判断失误，以为他不会加速站住空距

我觉得他车很强壮，啥事都没有，要是查该查不问题来。

估计最后不了了之了。如果他要找保险赔必须要你的保险号。如果他在联系你，你主动要求私了最好。

告诉他好处，私了他的车不会有事故纪录，不影响resale value。你也可以避免张保险，双赢

你是看到了有个空档，可是，那个车看到你了吗？
你给他留出足够的空间和时间了吗？
你的并入让他不得不急刹车了吗？
人没有事儿，是万幸，花多少钱都应该，算是教训吧。

It's obviously LZ's fault. So, be a man, take the responsibility and pay for the consequences, as long as the law allows.

I would say, if that guy asks you to pay for demage/repair/compensation, it's normal. In case the other guy forgives you, it's your baby luck.

但实际上这次我从边道并主道， 因为车流密集，我已经开了好久没法并道，好不容易看到1个大空间，没想到这小子不让，他也加速。

In my case, 30+ cars went by one-by-one followed tightly, nobody seemed to let me in and I was at the end of the ramp. I almost got frustrated and wanted to push-in despite the risk, but decided to stop and wait a bit longer. Merely half a minute later, a nice driver appeared and gracefully let me in without any trouble.

The lesson is, there are nice people out there, you just need a bit more patience to wait for them ;-) It's less troublesome for all if we handle the situation with patience.

After that expereince, I became nicer, always letting people in if that can be done safely.
