请问房子前面有HYDRO 的绿BOX, 有什么不好吗?

在两块LOTS 之间, 靠路边有一个方的HYDRO 的绿BOX, 对身体会有什么不好吗?


另有一块可选地块, 宽度相同, 长度多5米, 加价12K, 意义大吗?

if your back yard is not very small, another 5 meters seems not that important and you may can't get most of the 12K back when you sale it. 12 K can upgrade lots of things in the house, and this makes your house worth more. Green box is not a big deal. You can use some plants to cover the box.

我多花了一万选了没有hydro box 的， 因为看了几个builder， 都是有hydro box 的最后剩下，还要很久才卖掉，看来还是很多人介意的，所以想会不会影响re-sale value 或者速度了。不过如果你买那块，你可以看看能不能谈点价格下来啊。
