衰老的形成

人类衰老的过程，就是被氧化的过程，我们的身体需要利用氧气来帮助代谢来进行生命的延续，但是在氧气利用的过程之中，每天还有一小部分氧气会转变成为带负电的活性氧（O2-），这部分氧气的比例在2%，可别小看这2%，这种形态的氧就叫做自由基，自由基会破坏身体的组织，造成身体各项组织老化，以至慢慢丧失功能，这种变化是缓慢的，你感觉不到这种变化的产生，但是一旦体现出来，你就已经步入衰老，我们的身体衰老的过程，就是自由基不断侵袭的过程，皮肤的衰老也是这样。[/FONT]
