新房什么时候装檐沟/雨水槽

builder总喜欢以各种理由来搪塞warranty，甚至听说过一个应该是开玩笑的说法，要是把沙发放地板上warranty就void了,难道不买沙发桌椅，大家都榻榻米？
雨漕和空调之类都是可以马上安装的，warranty只有在不专业的安装后损坏了原有builder提供的设备的前提下才会有影响，找专业安装就是为了避免此类事件的发生。

We didn't installed the Eavestrough & Rain Gutter on the first year, then after the first winter, we found somewhere inside the house had water came in, we called the builder and after they check, they said because we didn't installed the Eavestrough & Rain Gutter, so that means they only will find tons of reason to say is not their problem!!!!

这就是BUILDER应该说的话，他们不这么说我才感觉震惊！

我家那位去年差点被BUILDER连忽悠带恐吓升级安装BUILDER推荐的中央空调和中央吸尘器，理由也是类似的，什么自己装会破坏Warranty。我一调查，NND，同样的牌子自己买比通过BUILDER安装便宜1/2都不止，而且所谓的“自己装会破坏Warranty”是有很严格的判断标准和限制条件的，这些BUILDER在连忽悠带恐吓时绝对不会告诉你！:flaming::flaming:
