Residents can order their rain barrel online at www.barrhavencommunity.com and then pick it up this Sunday May 15th from 9am to 1pm at Ross' Independent - Garden Centre. The cost is $55.00 and they are eligible for the $50.00 rebate from the City of Ottawa.

Yes, residents in Kanata are eligible for the rain barrel rebate. The website was just recently updated to say residents within the City of Ottawa instead of residents affected by the ban. You would be able to apply for the rebate.
