Do you know where I can learn French in Ottawa? Are there FSL classes like LINC which are offered free to new immigrants? I'm quite interested in lah...

But there is no French courses offered in Ottawa? I thought it's one of the offical languages so...

There used to be one in Ottawa which was free of charge, even though the teacher was with very strong Quebecois accent. I don't know if he keeps teaching.

我发现用英文教,我要先将老师的法文翻译成英文,然后将英文翻译成中文,然后在将答案翻译成英文,然后翻译成法文. 感觉我真蠢.

免费的。有一个班用中文教（华人老师加上会讲中文的洋人）。共有五六个班吧。

嗨,咱哥俩有元, 这个学校在哪儿,有电话吗.我现在正在起步学法语,发觉值得一学,需要中文老师的指点.

学校在Montreal Rd & Carson's Rd的Samuel Genest法文中学（东边，NRC附近），电话是 742-7910 (只有星期六才会有说中文的吧)

Actually, LINC class is not only for English training, you can study for French also. It is also free for landed immigrants. You can contact 238-5462 for an assessment. Or you can call this number for a FSL class in Ottawa.
