Upgraded cabinet doors, ceramic in entrance, bathrooms and mud room, all Deco switches, and some other small items. Didn't upgrade ground floor thinking it's an easy DIY after moving in. Now a different story since I decided to sell it. Would've not been at this price if it's upgraded.

Situation has changed, making us make this tough decision. It's a lovely house - everyone who has seen it agreed.

It did take almost two years to build but the benefit of that is when it's built, all your neighbours are built too. The whole HMB has been sold out. Only a few lots in HMB South are available for this model.
