怎样去车里的味道

4年前买的mini van，到现在都有很重的味道。象空调好久没用后刚打开时的味道。买的时候就有这个味道，跟dealer说，他们说开开就好了。可到现在味道还是很重。大家知道该怎样去掉这味道呀？谢谢！
