新房structure change好像builder漏做了一项

今天去看了一眼要买的新房,屋顶刚封顶。 其他几项structure change都作了,但一楼的power room扩大再安装一个标准的shower stall好像没做,没看出来扩大了,需要安装shower stall的地方也没有任何上下水的管道。

应该怎么办?按照合同,我是不能在这时候进去看房子的,非法的。但这个改变很重要,现在应该还可以改, (没准会影响交房时间), 该跟builder直接联系吗?别让builder倒打一耙,说我非法,整出别的麻烦来。 如果不管,等到交房的时候,这个改变是肯定做不了,怎么办?到时要和builder干仗,费时费力还生气 。。。

有经验的给出个主意。谢谢
 
Yes. You should send them an email and also follow up with the work-site manager or supervisor. It's important you don't say something that may put yourself in illegal situation.

Maybe you could tell them a friend's house missed the powder-room structure change. Therefore you want to remind them to ensure they do NOT miss it. You can also request a in-house review to ensure all structure changes specified in the purchase contract have been made before proceeding to subsequent tasks.

每个builder都知道你会去看,但没抓你个现行,一般也懒得追究。如果他们真是做错了,更不会管了。
Email他们,告诉他们做错了。
 
email联系他们,越早越好,语气坚决,只要合同上有得就能要求他们改回来。
design center和工地的图纸经常对不上的,没事周末多去看看,特别是drywall没上之前。
