AGENT 提成的COMMISSION

如果雇个卖房经济， 大概他提成多少？ 不太了解行情。 请大家说说。

that's what i heard.
for the agent with lower commission, you'd better call them to see what kind of service they provide.
i think you should look for a agent who works frequently in your area with good reputation. someone doing good in kanata doesn't mean he/she will provide the same level of service in orleans.

Depends on which builder you purchase from. I heard urbandale gives agent by percentage (higher$) but others give a fixed amount(e.g 2000)
