Yes this fact is very important to know. if the price signed is for a reduce sized version, then minto's mistake is much less server. But from lz posts it seems that it should be a normal sized one.

我付的是YorkvilleC标准房型的价格（500，3000+upgrade，共530，000），而且1分都没有便宜！

我当时根本不知道有reduced的房型，我从第一次看实际的房子就一直在追问小的事儿，他们就坚持是标准房。买同一房型的人也许比我便宜，因为我付的价格是放在网上的标准价格。

我付的是标准房，没有改小的价格，，没有任何打折，也没代理费。

The problem is will lz accept the reduce sized version of the house. From the number its only about 100 sqft, but the areas are reduced all in very important place, kitchen and master bedroom.
