谈谈新移民是不是该买一个apartment

不知道渥太华apartment的价格范围是怎么样的，大家发表一下看法是先在大学附近租房子，等以后买大房子好，还是一去就买个apartment好！（资金有限$100,000左右）

有同样想法，不过，现在APT也不便宜，100K也买不到满意的

The apartment here in Ottawa is far more over priced. If you have money, buy single house with downpay.

Someone buy apartment because he is the guy who like the downtown life very much, and not willing to take care of your living place.
