我今天去几个区转了一下.几乎每个街道上都有 open house or for sale.

甚至一个街道上有5,6 家要卖房.其中有3,4家已经 sold out.有1,2家是for sale.

大家来看看这一家,是不是要价太高了?我看同街道上的都是40万刚出头.

the price is a little high for a 3-bedroom house. It has lots of upgrades, but when thinking of the resale value, i think the room of going higher is quite limited. The people who can afford over 450000 will go with a 4-bedroom bigger house.
 
估计有不少是孩子高中毕业了,所以要搬出去,或者搬去barrhaven了

听其他朋友说这个区域的氡气的原因,所以很多人往外搬?
 
I have the same thought. That area and March south have more houses for sale then the rest of Kanata, such as KL or Katimavik. And many of these houses are within a few years old only...I wonder is it because the location is not convenient or just people flipping their house to make money.
 
地税不到$3500,竟敢叫$450K,乖乖。。。
BTW,33的LOT 能起2600SF? 该不是加上BASEMENT 的AREA?

后院很小,不过basement全finish了.
 
新建的房子后院都小,finish basement 也没理由多要那么多。 地税那么低。

相当同意。房子本身我很喜欢。可惜太贵了。
