Maybe someone knows this already.

In the government building on 161 Elgin St.(right beside City Hall), you can find a very detailed pamphlet which contains a lot of information about fishing in Ontario. In this pamphlet("leisure fishing rule pamphlet"休闲钓鱼规则简册) you can find the information about, for example, fishing license, fishing season, fishing limitation, fishing area, fish type and so on. And the BEST thing is it is written in Chinese!

I don't fishing but I hope this pamphlet can help all you guys.
