提一个建议：如果你的家人或亲戚刚从国内过来，请自觉在家里隔离１０天。你也许觉得没事，可你的同事，同学会觉得很担心的。说你吧，不好意思；不说吧，又担心万一你带点传染，大家都倒霉。我们公司一位同事的父母刚从国内过来，有的同事（中国人及洋人）都私下嘀咕了。希望他能多在家里呆上１０天。希望对号入座。不要把影响搞得不好。为别人想一想吧。

一直没有搞清楚隔离10天的真实意义。他在家里隔离，要接触家人，家人不可能不出去买菜等活动，又怎么办？
有点自欺欺人的感觉。

看电视上在多伦多好像有义务人员会帮你买日用消费品。渥太华不知有没有。但也可请朋友帮忙。为了你和家人的健康，也应该让亲戚理解。先单独住一间房，尽量不要共用餐具，不要亲吻小孩。据国内打来的电话，得病的往往是一家人。再小心都不为错。

Personally I think those people can go outside BUT never go to crowds, for example, they can go along the river side, fields, forest etc. From what I see on line, you'd better make your house full of fresh air, this will kill the virus, so I assume if those people go outside without merging into crowds (like in malls / schools / public places) there will not be any harm but only good if any to themselves. Just my $0.02.

真是不象话！　北京都那样了，刚从国内回来还不自觉。
不怕一万，怕万－，不要存侥悻心理，万－已是SARS,　害人害己。这不比国内，你是不是传染源，查得出来的！！！

查出来你在隔离期间到处乱走，
１。每乱走一天，罚款５０００
２。政府将起诉你，如果是移民或留学生一但罪名成立，将趋逐除境，如果是公民有犯罪记录，这辈子就别想离开加拿大－步，所有西方国家都会拒决你入境。
