Visa Extension for parents

I am preparing the applicaiton pack for extension of my parents' stay. Not sure if I need to submit one application pack for each of them or I can submit one applicaiton pack with one applicaiton form for both.

I could not see that from the form. Called the call center, very hard to get a representative to respond to my call...

Any experience sharing is very much appreciated!

I tried online. Too many questions need to be answered and I spent one whole night to answer only 1/3 of them. Then I checked the printed form. It is much easier although it will take quite a long time for paper application to be processed.

If only one applicaiton required, I then only need to fill one applicaiton form from the link

Choose A and E at the very top?
Fill one parent's info at SectionA and then the other at Section B? and then D10 for both?
