house quality of Builder Tartan

Anyone know a bit about the house's quality of the builder Tartan company? I heard it was a small builder in Ottawa.

I am looking at a 15-year-old house built by Tartan in Barrhaven, not sure the quality of the house. Give me suggestions if you had or heard some from your friends. Many thank in advance.

个人看法：15年左右的二手房子的话其实已经没必要看builder了，更重要的是看里里外外前owner对房子的保养。
location，周边设施，还有房子有啥东西已经换了这一类的问题
