Thanks my friend, I just came back from there in Aylmer. in my case it is a homemade trailer, there is no ownership which she was asking, and of course no serial number neither. so she just asked me to pay the 67.65$ all included.

Thanks, yes it's a start for me, It's just a small 12' aluminum fishing boat, not new with 9.9 hp evinrude. I was thinking of my civic can only tow that much, will consider to buy a bigger suv in the future.
