Yes, they will pay you in full depends on the market price + tax. Since 三方险 lacks only the comprehensive insurance(doesn't cover at fault claim for your own car,doesn't cover hit and run). Other than that, his car should be able to be covered even if it's been stolen. My friend's 93 RX7 with only 三方险 got stolen a year ago and he got paid after 3 weeks.
