Someone says that even if the producing factory of Coco cola is buried by fire,as long as the brand still exist,it will strike out soon,becoming popular worldwide.Actually,what cannot be buried is the culture Coco cola precipitated,the "spiritual cesspit" of Coco cola,which is entrenched.
So,company's culture is the root,and the development of company is the fruit.Only when we focus on the root, can we produce constantly healthy fruit.
However,what we can see is that most of the companies lack the real understanding of the culture of company,and they just make some efforts on surface,such as the slogans hung on the wall,the watchword postered in the office,the manual of company's culture,the integrated costume,and so on.They think this will make better culture,and if we don't look into the inner meaning of the culture deeply,and the boss don't take the culture as his own value and belief,then the company's culture on surface will become nothing.
