The tip of drain bolt is magnetic, so some metal shaving is normal. Pull the Pan down, check the fluid, check bottom of the Pan, if excessive metal on Pan, you might have a problem.

P.S, the Bolt in the Pic looks actually like a MT drain bolt(looks same as mine, except mine is MT). Just curious, what type of car it is?
