I have a 2nd bedroom for rent which has the best location to Algonquin, University of Ottawa, and Carleton university. The address is : 20 Chesterton Drive, K2E 6Z7.
The rent is $450 including everything.
I just moved in this suite from another city due of working relocation. I came from SiChuan, graduated in Canada, now working in Ottawa, I am around 45 years old woman, my family in another city which is 2 hours driving.
I want to find a girl or lady to share this Corner suite. Only you and me will live in this nice 2 bedrooms suite. I will clean the house. Let us creat us a warm home, and find friendship too.
From Sep 4th, Bus 111 is at the door of the building, and Bus 86 is 3 minutes away by walking. Merival shopping mall is behind our building. I looked all the areas in Ottawa ( not Gatineau), this is most convenient location for guys who doesn't have a car. But I do have a parking in the underground.
Building with a outside swim pool, inside Gym. Sorry, wanted to attach some pictures, but just find no wire to connect to the computer.
