If (漆被刮了) area is small, go to your dealer, buy a TOUCH paint which has exactly the same colour as your car (usually, your car broker will give one to you for free, I hope). This coat helps to prevent rusting!
If (漆被刮了) is big, you expect > 1000 CAD, and there is NO guarantee (or hard to guarantee) .
If this is your FIRST car, I can understand, you will get used to it after some years (like when you park car at some supermarket and you car was hit by some shopping cart...)
