Certainly well enough education/qualification/experience to draw the conclusion.
Well, if you didn't come up with a similar conclusion after your own research (if you indeed did one as I politely supposed), now you luckily have the result. You have your very right and privilege to dislike or ignore this conclusion.

My friends live there for more than 25 years. Their children went to Sacred Heart Catholic High School to study. One already graduated from U of O and one is still studying at Queen's. Many of their children's school friends are doing very well too. There aren't too many Chinese in that area though. Is this what you want. Stittsville is a nice area to live.
