Gatineau police confirm double-murder, suicide

OTTAWA — Following an autopsy, police have confirmed that a 32-year-old man shot and killed his Gatineau mother and stepfather before taking his own life on Sept. 7. The murder victims are Lucie Johnson, 51, and Denis Lagacé, 59, while Patrick Mongeon-Johnson was identified as Johnson’s son.
