A judge has rejected an accused carjacker’s claims he was roughed up by police after he allegedly robbed the widow of slain Const. Eric Czapnik at knifepoint. Ontario Superior Court Justice David Wake found the force the Ottawa police used to arrest Kevin Ransdell was reasonable.
