OTTAWA — A prosecutor who rhymed his way through his closing submissions in the case of a repeat drunk driver apologized in court Thursday to anyone it might have offended. John Ramsay said he was sorry for the poem, which he used to lay out his argument as to why Joey Anderson, 25, should be convicted of impaired driving.
