Next, print and complete the request form here (PDF) and mail it to the address listed, along with your original dated receipts. You will receive your speaker by mail in 10-12 weeks. There's a limit of one speaker per household or address, and this promotion is valid for purchases made between July 28 and December 31, 2011.
The speaker fixes itself onto the top of any Pringles can, and has a headphone jack on it so it can be plugged into your laptop, iPod or phone. You can see one in action on YouTube here.
