准备怀孕,请问大家都选什么牌子的叶酸呀?

买那种孕妇专用的多种维他命就行。我的医生说不必看牌子,都一样。比较popular的是Materna.

我用的就是materna,不过什么牌子都一样,都是一样的成分。

I used the prenatal vitamin from Costco, their own brand. The content is exactly the same as Materna.
 
叶酸应该是folic acid 吧。
怀孕的时候吃 Prenatal Activated Multivitamin,
Materna 太大颗了难以消化。:(

怀孕前吃colic acid,提早三个月就开始吃,需要一定时间才能在身体里build up。shoppers 有 6,7,块钱一瓶的。俺觉得牌子都无所谓。

怀孕后才吃mertena,里面含叶酸。
 
吃的 OB 開的處方孕婦維他命,裡面甚麼東西都有了啊,不用額外吃

生了孩子以后这个也要接着吃吗?
 
可以把颗粒放到果汁里,等半小时左右,融化掉了再喝,这样充分吸收。
